They quickly found the items I wanted and set them aside for me. When the associate returned to the phone after finding the items, however, she commented on how busy the store was and that people were following her around. I felt so grateful she took the time for me! Like you suggested, I made good on the time I'd arrive to pick up the item, and it was waiting for me. Good thing I called ahead, too... they only received 4 of the items in stock and had already been told they wouldn't be getting any more until mid-January.
